As the sun began to set and the stars twinkled in the sky, Inse couldn’t help but feel disappointed. He had been practicing his soccer skills for weeks, but during the game today, he missed a crucial shot. Inse’s mind was filled with negative thoughts, and he couldn’t shake off the feeling of insecurity.
Luckily, his older sister, Curity, was there to help him. She took him by the hand and led him outside, under the night sky. They sat on the grass and gazed up at the stars.
“Look at the stars, Inse,” Curity said. “Each one of them is like a little light in the darkness. They shine bright and show us the way. You can be a star too, Inse. You just have to keep trying.”
Inse looked up at the stars and thought about what Curity said. He remembered the five transformations that his sister had taught him. He took a deep breath and started to transform his thoughts. He ignored the voice of insecurity and listened to the voice of security. He used the voice of insecurity as inspiration, and he felt more positive.
Curityhelped Inse see the good things in his life. She reminded him of all the times he had succeeded, and how he had improved his soccer skills in the last few weeks. Inse started to feel better and more confident.
“But what if I mess up again?” Inse asked.
Curity smiled at him. “It’s okay to make mistakes, Inse. That’s how we learn and grow. The important thing is to never give up. You have to keep trying, and one day, you will score that goal.”
Inse felt encouraged and determined. He knew that he could do it, with Curity’s help.
The two siblings sat outside, talking and laughing under the stars. Inse had transformed his negative thoughts and feelings into positive ones, using the five transformations that his sister had taught him. He had learned to be resilient and persevere, even when things didn’t go his way.
As they went back inside, Inse felt grateful for his sister’s love and support. He hugged her tightly and whispered, “Thank you, Curity.”
Curity hugged him back and whispered, “You’re always welcome, little brother.”
Inse fell asleep that night, with a smile on his face, knowing that he could overcome any obstacle with his sister by his side.
